You can order anything from the menu and not go wrong. Great staff and delicious food. Try the lobster on the bread.

Coastal Grill

Every item on the plate was chosen with quality in mind, from the pickle on the plate to the bacon on the burger. The meals were really tasty and fun fare.

Coastal Grill is sited in a very large &amp; fancy Embassy Suites located on the beach in Oxnard, not Ventura, CA. There are frequent weddings and other parties here most weekends so the restaurant piggy-backs on some of that business, but they are doing a very nice job with the food and wine. An innovative menu with a decent wine list make this a great local place for us. The portions are medium - you can have an entree and still have room to share a salad or dessert. There is a full bar as well as some very big separate rooms for large parties. A young and enthusiastic wait staff - great location in the Oxnard/Channel Islands area - I wish them all the success in the world! Not cheap but worth it.

So I wanted to have a nice day with my family.... and my daughter caught one of the manager (cynthia) i believe her name was one of the male employees inappropriately touching one another. It was very unprofessional. This is suppose to be a family place. I food sucks and the service is super slow. The servers really don&#39;t care about customer services. There isn&#39;t really any structure of authority. The gm doesn&#39;t care and either do the managers (obviously they can do what they want making out with employees in front of everyone).smh never will I be coming back
